Pasta made with wheat grown, selected and milled in Sicily. The bronze drawing gives it the roughness that allows sauces and gravies to bind to it in an ideal way. The slow drying, which takes place on wooden frames and at a controlled temperature, ensures that the product does not lose moisture too quickly, resulting in the preservation of proteins and starch with the enhancement of the flavor, the aromas of the grain and the consistency.
