The hazel is a shrub that dates back to prehistoric times, about 10,000 years ago.
In Sicily there are plantations of prestige on the slopes of the Nebrodi Mountains.
This type of hazelnut is particularly appreciated for the excellent balance between aroma, scent and consistency.
Widely used in Sicilian pastries for the preparation of ice creams, semifreddi, crunchy biscuits, nougats and creams.

To be used in a simple way spread on bread or to combine in special professional ways.
Ingredients
Hazelnuts 30%, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower seeds oils, coconut oil, cocoa butter) skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, ethyl-vanillin aroma.
May contain traces of other nuts (pistachio, almonds, walnuts) sesame, eggs, peanuts and cereals containing gluten.
