The history of ginger has very ancient origins.

The root is one of the first spices exported from Asia and it is believed that it was Alexander the Great who introduced it to the West.

Tasting instructions

To be used for breakfast, in combination with cheeses and for filling cakes.

Ingredients

citrus fruit 60%, sugar, candied citrus fruit peel, ginger 1%, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin.

May contain traces of milk, celery and nuts (pistachio, almonds, walnuts).
