The production of red pulp oranges is typical of the eastern Sicily.

Famous throughout the world for the intense bright red color of the pulp and juice, the Sicilian Red Orange has a sweet-sour taste, is rich in anthocyanins, Vitamins A, B1, B2, C, mineral salts and antioxidant substances.

Tasting instructions

To be used for breakfast, in combination with cheeses and for filling cakes.

Ingredients

Red oranges 60%, sugar, candied red orange peel, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin.

May contain traces of milk, celery and nuts (pistachio, almonds, walnuts).
